Thank you for your rental! Please review the following important terms and conditions:
#1 – Your dumpster rental includes up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
#2 – Dumpsters will be automatically picked up after the 7 day rental period unless other arrangements have been made in advance with Expert Dumpster.
#3 – If the dumpster remains on site beyond the initial 7 day rental period without communication to Expert Dumpster, a new rental term will automatically begin at a rate of $350.00 plus disposal weight/tonnage charges, plus applicable sales tax.
#4 – Your rental includes 1 ton of disposal. Any weight over 1 ton will be automatically invoiced after pickup at $150.00 per additional ton, plus sales tax.
